Dr. Shaker A. Sabri
Director

 

Dr. Shaker Sabri is the Founder and CEO of MRC Networks.
Prior to joining MRC Networks, he was President and CEO of Miranda Media Networks from 2001 to 2003.

From 1993 to 2001 he was Vice President and General Manager of GDC Multimedia Division. He founded the division in 1993 and in 1996 he assumed the global responsibility for GDC’s multimedia and broadband access business.

Prior to joining GDC, he held several senior management positions at Nortel Networks where he was responsible for multimedia and broadband communications products development.

Dr. Sabri is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering. He also held several academic positions with INRS Telecommunications, the University of Ottawa and Alexandria University.

Dr. Sabri obtainedv B.SC and M.SC degrees from Alexandria University in Egypt and a Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, Canada.

Nessrine (Nessi) S. Sabri, M.D.Director

Nessi was born 1985 and raised in Montreal, Quebec. After receiving her M.D. degree from McGill University she became Board licensed in the USA and Canada. Currently, she is pursuing her residency in General Internal Medicine which will be completed by June 2014. Her research interests include both cardiovascular medicine and medical education.

Nessi enjoys staying active by swimming, cycling and running with her husband, Karim Sawaf. She also enjoys reading and playing the guitar.

Nadia Sabri
Director

Nadia was born 1985 in Montreal, Canada. In 2013 she married to Dr.Deniz Nasuhoglu.

Nadia received her Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering in 2008 from McGill University, and went on to obtain her Master’s degree which focused on using advanced oxidation processes for the treatment of pharmaceuticals in wastewater. This was a collaborative project between McGill University and the Centre Nationale de la Recherché Scientifique in Nancy France. Following this, she worked for MRC Networks as a project manager. In 2012, Nadia began her career in sales which deals specifically in the water and wastewater industry. This is where she has had the opportunity to mesh her scientific background while fulfilling her need to deal with all types of people and walks of life.

On her spare time, Nadia enjoys swimming, doing yoga and singing when no one else is around.

Karim Sabri
Director

Karim Sabri was born 1981 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Karim received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from McGill University in 2004 and moved on to a career in simulation. First starting off in nuclear power plant simulation and then moving into flight simulation. Karim has managed an extensive array of large scale simulation projects/products.

On his spare time Karim develops his own events management business and stays active by playing squash, weight training and most of all travelling.

Heba Sabri
Director

Ms. Sabri holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Communication. She worked in Bechtel Power Corporation as a system engineer involved in the design of control room instrumentation for Nuclear power plants. Following that she was a project test engineer at Litton Industries wherein she worked in testing handheld communication radio systems. As a engineering project manager at ITT, she was responsible for radar systems delivered to foreign countries.

Born 1954 in Gilvani, Moustapha Kamel, Alexandria, Egypt, US Citizen, Sister of Dr. Zeinab A. Sabri.

Dr. Abdo A. Husseiny
Chairman of the Board, CEO and President

Born 1936 in Istanha, Menophia, Egypt to Ahmed Husseiny who carried several responsibilities and positions at the Egyptian Ministry of Education in addition to being a distiguished calligrapher and poet and to Fahima Sabbah, a dedicated mother. Lived in Fayoum, Kena, Shebin el-Koom, Assiout and a good part of his life in Alexandia, Egypt. He also lived in Vienna, Austria; Amsterdam, Holland and London, England, the UK. In the USA he lived in Madison, Wisconsin; Chicago, Illinois; Rolla, Missouri; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Ames, Iowa; LaPlace, Louisiana. Married Dr. Zeinab A. Sabri on September 24, 1964 in Semouha, Alexandria, Egypt. He is a US Citizen.

Dr. Husseiny is the Chairman of the Board and CEO and Acting President and COO of Technology International Incorporated of Virginia (TII-VA). He is responsible for the management of technical operations and administration of the professional staff. As a senior engineer, Dr. Husseiny heads the innovative research, development, system analysis and engineering design operations of the Company. Dr. Husseiny was an Adjunct Professor of Engineering at Tulane University and served on the Advisory Committee of the Mechanical Engineering Department of University of New Orleans.

Prior to joining TII-VA, Dr. Husseiny was a Senior Engineer and Division Manager of the Decision Analysis and Advanced Systems Division, Ames, IA, at Science Applications, Inc. (SAIC). He is a former Associate Professor of Nuclear Engineering at Iowa State University and was an Assistant Professor at both the Department of Nuclear Science and Engineering, Carnegie-Mellon University and the Department of Materials and Nuclear Engineering, University of Missouri-Rolla. Dr. Husseiny served as a Visiting Scientist and Consultant at the T-Division, Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), a Visiting Professor at King Abdul-Aziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Husseiny served as Consultant for ITT and held different positions at various academic institutions and industries including Brown Boverie Werke (BBW), Vienna, Austria.

Dr. Husseiny received his Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Wisconsin- Madison in 1969 with a minor in Mathematics and Physics. He also received a Diploma in Nuclear Safety from MIT in 1971. Over 200 technical articles and 2 books have been published. He patented over 12 inventions and authored numerous technical reports. Dr. Husseiny edits the Desalination International Journal and the Pergamon Press Series on Water Resources. He has been interviewed by numerous newspapers, radio and television stations. He has received numerous community service awards, technical awards and is listed in various Who's Who documents.

Lindsay Millet
Director, Corporate Secretary
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

 

Ms. Millet is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and former International Projects Manager at TII-VA, LaPlace, Louisiana.

Ms. Millet is an alumni of Southeastern Louisiana University where she received a degree in General Business with an International Business concentration and minors in Italian and Management.

Her interest includes shopping, sparkly things and being awesome.

Kristy Kugler Falterman
Director, Corporate Treasurer
Chief Operation Officer (COO)

Mrs. Falterman is a certified Real Estate Agent. At TII-VA she is a consultant, and worked as a Director of Administration. She was also Computer Multimedia Production Manager, responsible for integration of illustrations, video, text and audio; editing; and production. She produced the ASL/English Science Dictionary CD-ROM set and the ASL Math Tutor prototype CD-ROM. In creation of the CD-ROM she scanned the illustrations and labeled them, captured the video and audio on CD after recording on the hard disk using Buzz and Adobe Premiere for editing. She also formatted the text in HTML. Born in LaPlace, Louisiana.
